Ejercicios prácticos con will y future continuous

 

Aquí tienes una serie de ejercicios prácticos para reforzar la diferencia entre “will” (futuro simple) y el futuro continuo (future continuous) en inglés. Están divididos por tipo para que puedas practicar con claridad y enfoque.

📝 Ejercicio 1: Elige la opción correcta

Completa las oraciones eligiendo entre “will” + verbo base o “will be” + verbo -ing.

🧩 Ejercicio 4: ¿Futuro simple o futuro continuo?

Explica por qué se usa “will” o “will be + -ing” en estas oraciones:

1. I will visit grandma tomorrow.
2. I will be visiting grandma at 6 PM tomorrow.

✅ Respuesta ejemplo:

1. “Will visit” se usa porque se refiere a una acción futura concreta, un plan o decisión.
2. “Will be visiting” indica que la acción estará ocurriendo en ese momento específico (6 PM).

🧪 Ejercicio 5: Traduce al inglés usando el tiempo correcto

1. Te llamaré más tarde.
2. Estarán cenando cuando llegues.
3. No estaré trabajando el domingo.
